mixed feelings About this hotel
full parkingarrogant attitude
the parking situation was NOT good. i requested a spot beforehand, but upon arrival, the parking area was full. a staff member said they couldn't do anything, i was STUCK trying to find alternative parking late at night. also, the attitude at reception felt a bit arrogant. i stay in hotels a lot, and this experience wasn't great.

Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments
decent locationuncomfortable bedclicking radiator
The location is decent with a tram station within minutes walking distance from the hotel.
The radiator in the room made a clicking sound and dripping noises at night which kept me awake. There were also no locking doors to the bathrooms and shower. I think that this is a basic requirement.
